InterX Pharmacy

Private-label compounding

Your brand, on our bench.

Run a clinic, telehealth practice or wellness brand with prescribers on staff? We compound against your patients’ individual prescriptions and release every batch under your label, with its own certificate of analysis. Your name on the front, our standard behind it.

Private-label, not white-label

Every preparation still starts with a prescription.

“White-label” usually means a generic product made ahead of demand and held as stock for any brand to put a label on. A 503A pharmacy can’t operate that way. What we offer is private-label: your clinic, practice or platform brings us a valid, patient-specific prescription, and we compound that order exactly as we would any other, one patient at a time. What you control is the label and the packaging, not whether a prescription exists.

What you control

Customize what your patients see. Keep the standard behind it.

Your label, your branding

Your name, logo and brand details on the label, laid out to meet labeling requirements. What reaches the patient looks like yours, because it is.

Packaging & presentation

Cartons, inserts and unit presentation prepared to your specification, so the unboxing matches the rest of your patient experience.

Formulation & strength

Strength, form and combination built to the prescription your prescriber writes. Every preparation is still compounded to a specific patient, not a shelf product.

Documentation that follows

Every batch ships with its certificate of analysis, issued under your order. Your patients and your team get the same proof we hold ourselves to.

How it works

From label proof to a batch you can stand behind.

  1. 01

    Scope & licensing

Tell us the formulations and the patient volume you expect, and confirm you can supply a valid, patient-specific prescription for each order. We verify your licensing and map what a 503A pharmacy can and can’t do for your program.

  2. 02

    Label & formula proof

We prepare a label proof with your branding and confirm the formula, strength and form. Nothing is compounded until you sign off on exactly how it reads.

  3. 03

    Pilot batch

We compound a first batch against a sample prescription, test it for identity, potency and sterility, and send it back with its certificate of analysis for your review.

  4. 04

    Ongoing orders

Once approved, every order you send runs against your patients’ prescriptions, released the same way: tested, documented and dispatched cold-chain where needed, under your label.

  5. 05

    Reordering

New orders move through your account on the same terms: a valid prescription per patient, the same label, the same standard, and a fresh COA on every batch.
