InterX Pharmacy started with a frustration shared by every prescriber who has ever worked with a compounding pharmacy: too much of it happens behind a curtain. A vial shows up, the label says a strength, and the provider has to trust that the number is real, that the preparation is pure, that it’s sterile. For a medication a patient will inject or ingest, that quiet leap of faith never sat right with us.

So we built the pharmacy around the opposite idea. Every preparation we make is compounded to the exact formula a provider writes, in a licensed 503A facility, under USP <797> and <800> standards. Before a batch is released, it is tested for identity, potency and sterility, and a certificate of analysis is issued for the lot. That document travels with the order. There is no curtain.

That discipline isn’t a feature, it’s the whole product. It is why prescribers open accounts with us instead of chasing the cheapest vial, and why a patient can fill a prescription and actually know what is in the bottle. We compound the peptides and specialty formulations behind InterX Health, our sister brand, and we hold every order, large or small, to the same standard.
