This Privacy Policy describes how InterX Pharmacy LLC ("InterX," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects information in connection with this website, interxpharmacy.com (the "Site"). It does not cover protected health information (PHI) handled as part of filling a prescription, which is addressed separately below.

When you submit a form on the Site (for example, a provider or contact request), we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, practice or clinic name, and any message you enter.

When you browse the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including pages viewed, browser and device type, approximate location derived from IP address, and referring website, using cookies and similar technologies (including Google Tag Manager).

We use this information to respond to inquiries, evaluate provider account requests, operate and improve the Site, and understand how visitors use it. We do not sell personal information collected through the Site.

To request our Notice of Privacy Practices or exercise your rights regarding your health information, contact our pharmacy directly using the information below.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site (such as hosting and analytics providers), or when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We retain information collected through the Site for as long as needed for the purposes described here, or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
